Wow its great
Finally I found the wanted recipe
Is it for 1kg?
we ppl know how make butter cake. the problem is what are the secret techniques when making butter cake
Yes this is for 1kg of cake
another improvisation to add a yogurt to the mixture... It will make the cake more tender.
Futhermore if you are icing this for a birthday can add strawberry essence instead of vanilla
What are the continuity of a 5kg butter cake please help..
If you beat sugar, butter and eggs well you can get a more soften cake. But dont over beat because cake would get cracked when you're unmold.
Another thing is dont use a beater to mix the batter when adding flour.better to fold the flour instead of beating.
Butter adu karala dammoth piti ganata wada mokada wenne
